THE VIEWS
Magnificent ocean views from each window of this 4 level home. This view is from the the large decks that circle the home just off the Great Room. Beautiful chaise lounges and outside seating for the whole family. Birds & butterflies fill the air.
WATERFALL
Unique waterfall rock jacuzzi – 600 gallons. It is great for relaxing. We use it as a spool (spa/pool) for just wading around in on hot days. It warms up to 102 degrees, complete with jets and bubbles for relaxing after a long day of your vacation. Truly a highlight with BBQ and teak outdoor furniture.
GREAT ROOM
The Great Room, as the name suggests, is the biggest room. There is a 55” flat screen TV, fireplace, and connects to the large wrap around deck. Best views from this room and a “great” room for family to gather to take it easy. Vaulted ceilings with amazing fine art for your enjoyment.
ZEN DEN
This is the cozy room just between the kitchen and backyard. Surround sound for the TV and stereo and the guitar is for your enjoyment, so play away while the BBQ is fired up and the cook is in the kitchen.
KITCHEN
The center of the household which is located on the same level as the entrance. It is just off the Zen Den and backyard BBQ area. This modern kitchen has all stainless steel Viking appliances, granite counter tops, mahogany cabinetry, which includes, coffee/tea makers, pantry items, toaster, cutlery, utensils, dishes (formal & everyday) and there is always tea or coffee for you.
DINING ROOM
A great gathering space for dinners and meetings of every sort. The fine art enhances the area with Russian sculpture, old Asian scroll work, and artists that you will be surprised to see that were collected from an era everyone will recognize. Located just off the koi pond you will be impressed by the base of the dining table which are perched on a carving of three beautiful fish. The table is 6’ X 6’ and seats 8 easily.
KOI POND
Located at the entryway to greet you are 3 mature koi, Spot, Whitey, and Whale. They have been with the home for several years and love to be loved and talked to daily. Just a jigger of food each morning to start your day with a spring in your step!
DECKS
The home boasts of ocean views and the decks exaggerate each view with plenty of chaise lounges and seating for all of your guests. The teak table out by the waterfall rock jacuzzi seats 8 easily.
MASTER BEDROOM
The Master Bedroom is located on the 4th floor. It boasts of a 52” flat screen tv turn of the century credenza, fresh linens, cozy chairs, original art works and OCEAN VIEWS. A California King bed has the memory foam topper to put into dreamland easily. The room has wood floors with fluffy sheepskin rugs and accessories. When the waterfall rock jacuzzi is on you can see and hear the sound of the water falling.
QUEEN’S ROOM
Also on the 4th floor complete with a window seat to enjoy canyon and ocean views.
This is the favorite room for the reader in the family. Fine art above the Queen bed and lovely décor for you to enjoy. There are bamboo shades and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Share the master bath, there are locks for both bedrooms to keep it private.
GROTTO ROOM
Located on the 1st floor or lower level is the most secluded bedroom with a queen bed and a desk. The room has an ocean view and mirrored closet, dresser built in and a regular one for plenty for your belongings. The nice thing about the bedroom locations are that there are 2 floors between them for your own space each evening.
TRUNDLE BEDROOM
Located on the 1st floor or lower level is a trundle bed. Great for kids.
MASTER BATH
The shower is a double shower with two shower heads. There is also a seat with the head extending off the hook. This is a very large shower and can actually accommodate 2 people at a time if you wish. There are two basin sinks and a walk in closet right as you enter the bathroom. A blow dryer for your hair, iron, soaps, shampoo and towels are also provided for your convenience.
MARBLE BATH
My favorite bathroom because of the beautiful tree wood marble with diamond cut floor embellishments. Bath with a shower and artwork by local artists all around. Towels, soaps, and candles are provided for your pleasure.
HALF BATH
Located directly off the Great Room, this half-bath has a magnificent stone basin, black toilet and accessories to match. You will also find fine art in these unsuspecting rooms, with unique mirrors and a mirrored dresser for your toiletries.

Laguna Beach is a seaside resort city located in southern Orange County, California. It is known for a mild year-round climate, scenic coves, environmental preservation, and an artist community.
VILLA LOCATION
Laguna Beach Sanctuary is located in the downtown village/Laguna Canyon section of town. The neighborhood is Park Avenue Estates, Orange County. The villa is 1/2 way up to Top of the World. The SNA Airport is only a 25 minute drive from the villa.
SNA AIRPORT
Located just 18 miles from John Wayne Airport Orange County (SNA), 37 miles from Long Beach Airport (LGB), 55 miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and 72 miles from San Diego International Airport (SAN). Here is a list of 20 non-stop flights from SNA.
TRANSPORTATION
You can rent a car at the airport. You can also take Uber. Uber will run you about $45 one way. We recommend you rent a car if you want to take any day trips. If you plan on staying solely in Laguna Beach, Uber and the Trolley are great transportation options. Trolleys come right up across the street from the villa.

ALISO BEACH
15 minute drive from the villa. Aliso Beach is the place to go if you want to use a fire pit. It’s also a great surf spot.
CRESCENT BAY
10 minute drive from the villa. This is a great spot for kayaking. You can also see seals, sea lions, and dolphins.
MAIN BEACH
7 minute drive from the villa. It is one of the most active beaches and is located in downtown. Make sure to check out the beach volleyball.
PEARL STREET BEACH
8 minute drive walk from the villa. Pearl Street Beach is located below a stairway. Check out the natural arch in the rock wall called the “Keyhole.”
SHAW'S COVE
10 minute drive from the villa. One of the most secluded coves in Laguna Beach. The beach is rocky but great for snorkeling.
THOUSAND STEPS BEACH
12 minute drive from the villa. One of the largest beaches in South Laguna Beach. There aren’t actually 1,000 steps, only 223.
TREASURE ISLAND BEACH
11 minute drive from the villa. One of the safer places to swim. You can also hike around the rocks.
VICTORIA BEACH
10 minute drive from the villa. You can get to the beach by walking down a long staircase. At the bottom is a castle-style tower.

2ND SMALLEST CATHEDRAL IN THE WORLD
4 minute drive from the villa. St. Francis by the Sea was built with rubble from an earthquake.
HEISLER PARK
8 minute drive from the villa. Heisler Park has spectacular views of the Laguna Beach coastline. Sit on the benches and enjoy the views!
LAGUNA BEACH TROLLEY
Trolleys come right up across the street from the villa. During the summer and weekends, the City of Laguna Beach offers a free trolley service. The route is South Coast Hwy.
PACIFIC MARINE MAMMAL CENTER
9 minute drive from the villa. The PMMC takes in baby seals and sea lions from the coastline of Orange County. The public can visit these creatures.
PAGEANT OF THE MASTERS
7 minute drive from the villa. Volunteers recreate artwork. A bunch of local personalities and artists decided it would be a good idea to put frames around their heads and march in an impromptu parade. That evolved into the Pageant of the Masters, which features a series of tableaux vivants or “living pictures” in which volunteers are completely still and create the illusion of both classical and contemporary 2D paintings.
Every night from July 8 to August 31, 2015 at 8:30 p.m. at the Irvine Bowl, located at 650 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach. Tickets are $20 to $70.
SAWDUST ART FESTIVAL
9 minute drive from the villa. Local artisans make their own stuff.
From June 26 to August 30, 2015. Sawdust Art Festival Winter Fantasy is on weekends from mid-November to mid-December. Classes are year-round. Sawdust Art Festival is located at 935 Laguna Canyon Road Laguna Beach. Ticket costs to the festival are $8.50 per person. Class prices vary.
The owner is an artist in the Sawdust Art Festival. All villa guests are invited for free – both summer & winter exhibitions.
